Q: So, who are you anyways?
A: My name is Lauren Hayes. Nice to meet ya! I am a Creative Director living, working, and probably eating in and around the Chicago area. I have 10+ years of Creative Direction, Design, and Brand Development experience. I’ve worked both in-house and agency side for some truly amazing brands. Simply put; I have a passion for doing good work with good people, and that’s pretty much it in a nutshell.

Q: What does Hayes Creative Co. do exactly?
A: My job is to help others succeed. I’m kind of the “say yes and figure out how to make it happen” type. I’m here to be your creative sounding board and lead designer. Need a logo to get your business off the ground? I’ve got you. Need a brand booklet or some marketing collateral? Can do. Interior Design Consultation? Yes. Packaging design?! Definitely can do! Basically, if you have an idea that needs a full on creative vision…we should talk.

Q: Your motto?
A: I think the hardest part of any job is not actually doing the job itself, it’s knowing how to work well with other humans. So, in life my pursuit is to use my talents to do good work for as many good people as I can find along the way.

My Dislikes: People with Big Egos, Tomato on anything, Joan Cusack (sorry!).
